Hamas Sends Document to Mediators and Other Parties Regarding Gaza Agreement
SadaNews - On Tuesday evening, Hamas published an extensive document stating that it sent it to mediators, other parties, and international organizations regarding the Israeli violations of the ceasefire.
The document detailed the process of Israeli violations both in the field and from a humanitarian perspective.
Hamas confirmed at the end that what was documented clearly shows that the occupation has pursued a systematic and deliberate policy aimed at undermining the agreement and emptying it of its content, and reproducing a catastrophic humanitarian reality against the citizens, in contrast to the movement's complete commitment to all the terms and responsibilities of the agreement, as mentioned in the document which "Sada News" followed up on.
Hamas emphasized the necessity of an urgent and effective international movement to obligate the occupation to immediately cease all violations, complete the requirements of the first phase, and immediately enter the second phase, which includes the complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip.
It also confirmed the obligation of the occupation to adhere to the agreed withdrawal line, to retract its imposition of fire control over an area of 34 km², and to establish a neutral international field monitoring mechanism for the agreement and the entry of aid, ensuring the entry of 600 aid trucks daily, including 50 fuel trucks, under direct international supervision.
It stressed the necessity of enabling the United Nations and its agencies to operate without restrictions, and to pressure the occupation to immediately open the Rafah crossing in both directions, and to allow the entry of fuel, medical supplies, vital equipment, caravans, tents, and construction materials to rehabilitate the infrastructure.
It also emphasized the importance of pressuring the occupation to reveal the fate of detainees and missing persons, release women and children, and hand over the bodies of those held.
