The Death Toll in Gaza Rises to 71,424
SadaNews - The toll from the Israeli occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 71,424 martyrs and 171,324 injured since the aggression began on October 7, 2023.
The Gaza Health Ministry reported today, Tuesday, that a total of 5 martyrs and 6 injuries have reached Gaza hospitals in the past 24 hours, while a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as rescue and ambulance crews are unable to reach them at this moment.
It was indicated that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire on October 11 has risen to 447, with the total injuries amounting to 1,246, and 697 bodies have been recovered.
It was noted that a one-year-old child died due to the severe cold, raising the number of children's deaths from the cold since the beginning of winter to 7. Additionally, three citizens died as a result of a building collapse, raising the total number of casualties due to collapses to 24.
