Local sources reported that the occupation's artillery targeted a center belonging to the Ministry of Education in Al-Tuffah neighborhood, which houses dozens of displaced families, leading to the martyrdom of at least 3 citizens, while the occupation forces prevented rescue and ambulance crews from reaching the shelling site.
