The office stated in its announcement, as translated by SadaNews, that the delegation was led by the head of the Israeli Security Agency (ISA), Brigadier General (Res.) Gal Hirsch, who conducted discussions with mediators to ensure the immediate release of the last kidnapped victim, Rani Goeili.
