Trump's Special Envoy to Ukraine Plans to Leave His Position Soon
SadaNews - The special envoy of U.S. President Donald Trump to Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, has informed the White House of his intention to leave his position next January, according to two senior administration officials who were not authorized to comment publicly and spoke on the condition of anonymity.
This move comes as the White House is working on a new peace plan aimed at ending Russia's war in Ukraine, coordinated between Trump's envoy Steve Wietkoff and Russian President Vladimir Putin's advisor Kirill Dmitriev. This plan calls for significant concessions from Kyiv, including ceding territory to Russia and renouncing certain weapons.
The officials who discussed Kellogg's anticipated departure from the administration declined to comment on the reasons for his exit.
