The Presidency Holds the Israeli Government Responsible for Dangerous and Inciting Statements Against President and Palestinian Leadership
SadaNews - The Palestinian presidency held the Israeli government fully responsible for the dangerous and inciting statements made by the so-called Israeli Minister of Security against President Mahmoud Abbas, President of the State of Palestine and Head of the Palestine Liberation Organization, and against the Palestinian leadership, considering them a clear call to harm the life of the leader of the Palestinian people and members of the leadership.
The presidency said in a statement: "We express our strong condemnation and absolute rejection of such dangerous incitement that encourages killing, and represents a call for settlers to commit more terrorist acts against the Palestinian people, their land, and their holy sites."
It added that we demand the American administration and the international community pressure the Israeli government to stop the incitement campaign against the Palestinian people and their leadership, which will only lead to more violence and tensions, and disrupt the chances of success for the ongoing peace process that all Arab countries, the international community, and the American administration are working on.
