Israeli Forces Storm Lebanese Blida Municipality, Killing an Employee Inside (Video)
SadaNews - A municipal employee in the Lebanese town of Blida was martyred early Thursday after Israeli forces infiltrated the town and stormed the municipal building, according to the National News Agency.
A Lebanese security source stated that the Israeli force remained in the town for several hours before withdrawing, after which the Lebanese Army and the Civil Defense entered the municipal building and transported the body of the martyr to the hospital.
During the operation, residents of the town reported hearing screams and calls for help coming from the building, while the incursion continued until four in the morning before the invading force withdrew.
The source added that a number of Blida residents blocked the main road in protest against the storming of the municipality and the killing of the employee.
The Israeli occupation army stated that the use of the building in Blida (southern Lebanon) is another example of Hezbollah's misuse of civilian infrastructure for "terroristic" purposes.
