Occupation Forces Arrest 20 Citizens from the West Bank
SadaNews - The Israeli occupation forces have arrested at least 20 citizens from the West Bank, including Jerusalem, since yesterday evening until Sunday morning, among them three children and former prisoners.
The Palestinian Prisoners Club clarified that the occupation continues its systematic arrest operations in the West Bank, which were distributed last night across the provinces of Nablus, Salfit, Qalqilya, and Ramallah.
In addition, the province of Tubas witnessed extensive incursions and abuse last night, accompanied by field investigations and assaults against citizens, in addition to widespread vandalism and destruction of citizens' homes and infrastructure.
It is noteworthy that these arrest operations are part of a retaliatory process that falls within the framework of the crime of (collective punishment), as the arrest operations have constituted, and still do, one of the most prominent fixed and systematic policies used by the occupation, not only in terms of the number of detainees but also in terms of the level of crimes committed.
