SadaNews - A Lebanese citizen was martyred, and several others were injured last night as a result of Israeli airstrikes on various areas in southern Lebanon.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that one person was martyred due to shelling that targeted the Shamsar area in the Baalbek district.

Additionally, 7 others were injured, including one person in Baniouf in the Sidon district and 6 in Ansar in the Nabatieh district.

Israeli warplanes launched a series of strikes targeting land and the vicinity of homes in southern Lebanon.

The Israeli army claimed that it attacked targets belonging to Hezbollah.
