Netanyahu expressed gratitude to Trump for "helping to secure the release of all living Israeli hostages," amidst cheers from Knesset members.
Netanyahu affirmed his commitment to achieving peace according to Trump's vision, emphasizing: "You are the best friend Israel has ever had."
He told Trump: "All our living hostages returned thanks to your efforts and initiatives."
Netanyahu stressed: "We have ended the war by disarming Hamas, in a way that prevents the Gaza Strip from posing any danger to Israel in the future," noting that this was thanks to Donald Trump.
He added, "All the leaders of the October 7 attack have been killed, including Sinwar and Haniyeh," and thanked Trump for "removing the Iranian nuclear program" and supporting military operations against Iran.
Netanyahu continued praising the US president: "I have not seen any previous American president, and I have witnessed many, move the world with determination and find quick, decisive solutions like the current president, Donald Trump."
He stated that the past two years have been years of war, and now the years of peace have come, indicating his aspiration to achieve new "Abraham Accords" with Arab and Muslim countries.
