The War on Gaza Continues for the 727th Day Amidst Killing and Difficult Living Conditions

SadaNews - The genocide war waged by the Israeli occupation against the Gaza Strip has entered its 727th day, amidst ongoing daily massacres against civilians, expanding policies of destruction, displacement, and systematic starvation, which have resulted in tens of thousands of martyrs and wounded, in addition to thousands missing under the rubble or in the occupation's jails under the guise of "enforced disappearance. "

Since March 18, 2025, the Palestinian Ministry of Health has reported 13,280 martyrs and 56,675 injuries, raising the total toll since October 7, 2023, to 66,148 martyrs and 168,716 injuries.

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor warned that the occupation's control over the Netzarim axis and Al-Rasheed street and preventing the return to northern Gaza constitutes a dangerous step towards fragmenting the sector and imposing forced displacement.

It confirmed that the occupation is attempting, through closure and depriving residents of food and medicine, to impose a new demographic reality that serves its plans.

Increased attacks in recent hours: the Israeli occupation army has intensified its attacks on various areas of the Gaza Strip, as artillery shelling on the Maghazi camp resulted in the injury of ten civilians, while three martyrs and 13 others were wounded due to targeting tents of displaced people west of Deir al-Balah.

This was followed by the shelling of the home of the Abu Gharabeh family in the same area, resulting in the rise of nine additional martyrs. In Khan Yunis, warplanes carried out simultaneous air raids alongside artillery shelling targeting the eastern regions of the city, which caused the martyrdom of a citizen in the city center.

Meanwhile, in Gaza City, the occupation continued its policy of systematic destruction by demolishing residential buildings in the Sheikh Radwan, Tal al-Hawa, and al-Sabra neighborhoods, in addition to shelling Al-Nafaq street.

In the far south, the occupation forces opened direct fire on a gathering of aid recipients northwest of Rafah, which increased the toll among the displaced.

Medical sources also documented the martyrdom of a woman and two children while trying to flee via Al-Rasheed street, in addition to the injury of dozens in shelling by Israeli drones targeting the tents of displaced people in various areas.

Maritime escalation: the media committee of the steadfast fleet announced that the occupation forces seized the Alma boat and the Cirrus ship, and arrested the activists aboard them in international waters, describing the act as a "war crime" against a humanitarian journey aimed at breaking the siege on Gaza.

The accumulation of displaced people continues in tents and temporary shelters amidst the absence of basic living necessities, as repeated targeting of their gatherings rises. Hospitals report that they are operating at nearly zero capacity, while fears grow from the spread of epidemics as the siege continues and aid entry is denied.
