The Presidency Warns of the Dangerous Israeli Escalation in the West Bank
SadaNews - The Palestinian presidency has warned of the serious Israeli escalation taking place in the West Bank, the latest of which was the storming of the cities of Ramallah and Hebron today, Tuesday, resulting in the arrest and injury of dozens of citizens, destruction of property, and theft of money. This followed massive destruction in Palestinian cities, camps, and villages, most recently in the village of al-Mughayer yesterday.
The presidency described these criminal attacks as an aggression against the Palestinian people and their land, holding the Israeli government responsible for this escalation. It called on the U.S. administration to assume its responsibilities in stopping Israel from this chaos and forcing it to immediately cease all these criminal acts happening in the West Bank, which are accompanied by a war of extermination and starvation in the Gaza Strip.
The presidency affirmed that the Israeli government is pushing towards a large explosion aimed at forcing the Palestinian people to abandon their land and displacing them, emphasizing that the Palestinian people will not migrate nor will they concede their land and sanctities, and that security and peace are for everyone or there will be no security for anyone.
The presidency called on the international community to take responsibility to stop these condemned and rejected Israeli actions, which will only lead to further escalation and tense the already explosive atmosphere in the Gaza Strip, West Bank, and Jerusalem.
