Senior Officials in the Israeli Army: "The War Has Turned into a Pocket Sinking in Sand"
SadaNews - Channel 13 reported that senior officials in the Israeli army sharply criticized the Cabinet's decision, as well as the ministers' behavior during the meeting, stating that "the war has turned into a pocket sinking in sand."
The channel added, "The army is preparing to use heavy fire and is working to relocate part of the population of Gaza City to the south."
It noted that Israeli Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir has instructed to reduce the risk to the lives of the hostages in the city.
It confirmed that tomorrow, approval is expected for the recruitment of tens of thousands of additional reservists.
