In June, the South Korean Central Bank Records Highest Current Account Surplus
SadaNews - Data from the South Korean Central Bank, released this Thursday, showed that the highest current account surplus was recorded in June, attributed to a rise in exports.

Goods Balance
The goods balance recorded a surplus of $13.16 billion in June, as exports increased by 2.3% to reach $60.37 billion, while imports rose by 0.7% to reach $47.21 billion.
However, the services balance recorded a deficit of $2.53 billion, mainly due to demand for overseas travel.
