Presidency: Settler Terrorism and Al-Aqsa Stormings are a Serious Escalation and Completion of the Genocide War
SadaNews: The official spokesperson for the Palestinian presidency, Nabil Abu Rudaina, said: "What is happening with the continuous terrorism of settlers in the West Bank, the latest of which was last night in the village of Aqraba south of Nablus, where a young man was martyred and 7 others were injured by settler gunfire, in addition to the provocative assaults by settlers on the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, is a serious escalation that completes the genocide and starvation war being waged against our people in the Gaza Strip."
He added, this is a condemned and rejected escalation, reflecting organized terrorism under the protection and support of the occupation authorities, aimed at undermining all Arab and international efforts to achieve a ceasefire and restore stability and calm to the region.
Abu Rudaina stated: "We hold the occupation fully responsible for the consequences of these terrorist acts," and we demand that the U.S. administration intervene immediately and urgently to stop this Israeli aggression before it is too late, and to compel the occupation authorities to comply with international legitimacy and international law if they truly want to achieve security and stability.
The official spokesperson for the presidency emphasized that true and lasting peace comes through recognizing the rights of the Palestinian people to freedom and independence and realizing the establishment of their independent Palestinian state, stressing that the successive recognitions of the Palestinian state reflect the true international will to stop the war and achieve an immediate and lasting ceasefire, and to commit to international legitimacy as the actual path to achieve peace and stability in the region and the world, because true peace cannot be achieved under the continued aggression."
