Increase in Deaths Due to Malnutrition in Gaza Strip
SadaNews - Two children died on Saturday as a result of acute malnutrition they faced in recent months due to the widespread famine in the Gaza Strip.
According to medical sources, an infant died at Nasser Medical Complex, while another child died at Al-Shifa Medical Complex.
This raises the death toll from famine and malnutrition to 162, including 92 children.
According to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, 17,000 children are suffering from acute malnutrition, which increases the difficulties faced by the medical system.
Although aid has started to arrive in small quantities, theft is depriving these children and those in need from accessing it.
