First Israeli Acknowledgment.. Hebrew Channel: Palestinian "Agents" Injured in Israeli Army Operations in Gaza
Translation by SadaNews - The Hebrew channel Reshet Kan revealed this Wednesday evening that Palestinian elements cooperating with the Israeli army were injured in an explosion of a bomb at a tunnel entrance in the northern Gaza Strip.
The channel stated, as translated by SadaNews, that these individuals were transported for treatment inside Israel via a helicopter.
It indicated that the incident occurred during inspection operations being carried out by those elements alongside the Israeli army forces in northern Gaza, claiming that they are individuals fully aware of the tunnels in the area.
The channel pointed out that another incident occurred in recent days, during which the Israeli army rescued its agents who were injured in Gaza after a building they were sent to search for explosive devices collapsed.
This is considered the first acknowledgment of its kind in which a Hebrew media outlet confirms the use of these armed individuals in its special operations.
Israeli reports have often discussed the recruitment of gangs aimed solely at combating Hamas, while the latter has confirmed that such gangs, like Yasser Abu Shabab, carry out security operations to pursue resistance fighters and uncover locations of explosives and others.
