Ministers and Knesset Members Request Tours in Gaza in Preparation for Settlement
SadaNews - Israeli media reported that ministers and members of the Knesset are requesting the Israeli Minister of Defense to allow organizing tours for Israelis in northern Gaza in preparation for settlement.
Channel 12 reported that 22 ministers and Knesset members from the coalition have approached the Israeli Minister of Defense requesting permission to enter Gaza today for a tour of the northern region as part of preparations for Jewish settlement in the area.
This comes alongside statements by the so-called Israeli Minister of Heritage Amihai Eliyahu, who said that the liberation of Israeli hostages in Gaza is not a priority at this time.
The families of the Israeli captives in Gaza responded by stating that the Minister of Heritage's classification of the abductees as war prisoners reveals a significant moral failure.
They continued: "The Minister of Heritage does not reflect the will of the people who demand the return of all hostages and the cessation of the war."
