Martyrdom of a Young Man Affected by Gunshot Wounds from Settlers East of Yatta
SadaNews - The General Authority for Civil Affairs informed the Ministry of Health this morning, Tuesday, of the martyrdom of young man Awda Muhammad Khalil Al-Hathalin (31 years old) as a result of his injury from settler gunfire in the village of Um Al-Khair east of Yatta last night.
It clarified that its teams in the city of Yatta are making diligent efforts to secure the retrieval of the body.
Yesterday, two citizens were injured during a settler attack on the village of Um Al-Khair in the Masafar Yatta area, south of Hebron, while they were present on their lands and in their homes in the village. Gunfire was directed at them, resulting in the injury of citizen Al-Hathalin from live ammunition. He was transferred by the occupation forces to an unknown location, while another citizen was injured from being beaten by a settler and was subsequently transported by Red Crescent ambulance teams to Yatta Government Hospital.
