SadaNews Translation - The Israeli army announced on Tuesday evening that one of its soldiers was seriously injured in battles in central Gaza Strip.

The Israeli army indicated that the soldier belongs to the Golani Brigade and has been transferred for treatment.

The Hebrew channel Reshet Kan reported that the soldier was injured as a result of an anti-tank missile launch in the Deir al-Balah area in the central part of the strip, as translated by SadaNews.

Conflicting reports surfaced regarding the withdrawal of the Israeli army from Deir al-Balah after a two-day operation, amid reports that it carried out a special operation to recover the bodies of four abducted individuals.

These reports have not been confirmed by official Israeli sources.
