Occupation Notifies of Seizing 7 Dunams East of Qalqilya
SadaNews - Israeli occupation authorities notified today, Monday, of the seizure of 7 dunams in the village of Jinsafut east of Qalqilya.
According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, this decision comes in favor of expanding and constructing a new military road linked to the settlements of "Nafi Menachem" and "Ramat Gilad".
In its semi-annual report, the commission stated that the total number of assaults committed by the occupation and its settlers against citizens and their properties in the first half of this year reached 11,280 assaults.
In the first half of 2025, settlers established 23 colonial outposts on citizens' lands, most of which are pastoral outposts, in the governorates of Ramallah, Nablus, Hebron, Qalqilya, Tubas, and Jerusalem, continuing the policy of imposing facts on the ground by settlers under the full protection of the occupation army.
Moreover, the occupation authorities seized more than 800 dunams of citizens' lands under various pretenses, by issuing 36 orders for seizure for military purposes, and one order for expropriation under the pretext of constructing and widening roads.
