Russian Defense Ministry Announces Liberation of 3 New Towns in Donetsk

SadaNews - The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the liberation of 3 new towns in the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions which joined Russia, inflicting significant human and material losses on Ukrainian forces within 24 hours.

The daily statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense regarding the progress of the military operation in Ukraine read:

The "North" forces liberated the town of Dihtyarnoe in the Kharkiv region in northeastern Ukraine, inflicting casualties on the enemy with 160 soldiers lost, and destroyed one armored vehicle, 8 vehicles, and 5 artillery pieces.

The Russian "West" forces reinforced their positions in the Kharkiv region and the Donetsk Republic, inflicting 215 casualties on the enemy, along with the destruction of 3 armored vehicles, 13 vehicles, 1 artillery piece, an Israeli radar station, an electronic warfare station, a communications station, and 5 ammunition depots.

The "South" forces improved their positions in the Donetsk Republic, inflicting 135 casualties on the enemy and destroying 2 vehicles, 3 artillery pieces, an electronic warfare station, and an ammunition depot.

The "Center" forces liberated the town of Popov Yar in Donetsk, inflicting over 420 casualties on the enemy along with 3 armored vehicles, 5 vehicles, 4 artillery pieces, and an Israeli radar station.

The "East" forces reinforced their positions in Donetsk and inflicted 190 casualties on the enemy, destroying 1 tank, 4 armored vehicles, 11 vehicles, 3 artillery pieces, and 2 electronic warfare stations.

The "Dnieper" forces liberated the town of Kamyanske in the Zaporizhzhia region, inflicting 65 casualties on the enemy, and destroyed 8 vehicles, 1 artillery piece, 6 electronic warfare stations, and 6 ammunition depots.

The downing of a "Neptune" missile and 308 drones.
