Hamas: The Occupation is Stubborn, and We Will Continue to Engage Positively to Reach an Agreement
SadaNews - The Hamas movement stated this evening, Wednesday, that its leadership is continuing its intensive and responsible efforts to ensure the success of the ongoing round of negotiations, in pursuit of reaching a comprehensive agreement that ends the aggression, secures the entry of humanitarian aid freely and safely, and alleviates the worsening suffering in the Gaza Strip.
The movement added in a statement: In order to ensure the success of the ongoing efforts, the movement has shown the necessary flexibility and agreed to release ten prisoners.
It continued: The key points remain under negotiation, primarily: the flow of aid, the withdrawal of the occupation from the territory of the Gaza Strip, and the provision of real guarantees for a permanent ceasefire.
It emphasized: Despite the difficulties in negotiating these issues so far due to the stubbornness of the occupation, we are continuing to work seriously and positively with the mediators to overcome the obstacles, end the suffering of our people, and ensure their aspirations for freedom, security, and a dignified life.
