Tulkarm Governor: The occupation challenges the decisions of its court and insists on its aggression by demolishing (104) buildings in Tulkarm Camp

SadaNews - Tulkarm Governor Abdullah Kmeil stated that the occupation army insists on continuing its aggression by executing demolition operations targeting (104) buildings in Tulkarm camp, disregarding a previous decision by the Israeli Supreme Court to freeze these orders.

The governor said in a press statement that the continued implementation of demolitions by the occupation forces, despite the official decision from the Israeli Supreme Court to freeze the orders, represents a blatant challenge to international law and all norms and international conventions, and a clear violation of human rights laws.

He affirmed that this behavior exposes the falsehood of what is called the justice system of the occupation state, and proves that targeting our people is a systematic policy governed not by law or regulations, but rather managed by the logic of power, racism, and aggression.

He added: "What is happening in Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps is not a fleeting event, but a continuous crime added to the record of the occupation, confirming that the occupation government is proceeding in its open war against the Palestinian existence and the will for life and dignity that our steadfast people cling to despite all circumstances."

He emphasized that Tulkarm camp will not be broken, and that our people do not submit to the occupant’s thuggery, nor do they recognize the legitimacy of those who demolish houses and force residents into displacement, assuring that this aggression will only increase our people's determination and steadfastness.

The governor also reiterated his call to the international community and active parties for immediate intervention to stop this aggression and ensure the return of our displaced people from Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps to their homes with dignity and safety.

He concluded by saying: "We send a clear message to the whole world: demolitions will not intimidate us, and aggression will not silence our voice, and Tulkarm camp, as well as Nour Shams camp, will remain steadfast, and our people are greater than oppression and forced displacement."
