Occupation Demolishes Citizens' Facilities in Various Areas of the West Bank

SadaNews - Israeli occupation forces demolished several homes and facilities belonging to Palestinian citizens today, Tuesday, in various areas of the West Bank, continuing the demolition policy adopted by the occupying state, in an attempt to change the demographic reality.

The occupation demolished a house in the village of Izbat south of Qalqiliya, with an area of 350 square meters, built on land of about 700 square meters, belonging to citizen Wissam Abdul Rahman Qazmar, under the pretext of building without a permit.

They also demolished a commercial store owned by citizen Yasser Najoum in the town of Al-Auja north of Jericho, along with a house belonging to the Al-Hireni family in the northern part of the town.

The Bider Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights stated that "the occupying forces carried out the demolition of the house without providing any prior warning, as part of ongoing policies aimed at pressuring the Palestinian residents and reducing their presence in their original areas."

The organization emphasized the necessity for the international community to take responsibility for these violations and to take urgent steps to protect the rights of Palestinians in their land.

Additionally, the occupation forced a Jerusalemite to demolish his house himself in the Silwan neighborhood south of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.

The Jerusalem governorate reported that the occupying municipality forced citizen Mahmoud Barqan to demolish his family home himself in the Wadi Yasul neighborhood of Silwan.

The house measures 100 square meters and is home to 7 individuals, having been built 5 years ago.
