Jerusalem Electricity Company Discusses Strengthening Cooperation with Palestinian Police to Ensure Continuity of Service for Citizens

SadaNews - In the framework of enhancing strategic partnership and developing avenues for joint cooperation, the General Director of the Jerusalem District Electricity Company, Engineer Mohamed Zidan, met with the General Director of the Palestinian Police, Major General Alam Al-Saqqa, in his office in Ramallah.

The meeting was attended by the company's branch manager in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, Dr. Engineer Thaer Jaradat, and the company’s Director of Public Relations and International Affairs, Mr. Firas Ghabran.

Strategic Partnership for Public Interest
During the meeting, both parties discussed ways to enhance mechanisms for joint coordination, which would contribute to providing support and assistance to the company’s field crews, enabling them to perform their tasks efficiently and effectively, thus ensuring the flow of electricity and the continuity of service for citizens without interruption.

Engineer Mohamed Zidan emphasized during the meeting:
"The relationship between the Jerusalem Electricity Company and the security institution, primarily the Palestinian Police, is a strategic and integrative partnership based on prioritizing the public interest. For his part, Major General Alam Al-Saqqa welcomed the company’s delegation, affirming the Palestinian Police’s unwavering commitment to continue providing all forms of support to the company and its field crews, ensuring a safe working environment that assists them in accomplishing their vital tasks, emphasizing the importance of continuing this integrative coordination to serve the Palestinian citizen and maintain the stability of essential services.
