Ambassador Hadi Shibli Meets Deputy Emir of Mecca Region
SadaNews - Ambassador Hadi Shibli, the permanent representative of the State of Palestine to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, met with Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Emir of the Makkah Region. The ambassador conveyed greetings from President Mahmoud Abbas, President of Palestine, Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Mustafa, and Foreign Minister and Expatriates Dr. Farsin Agabkian Shahin, to King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Prime Minister, expressing "the thanks and appreciation of the State of Palestine for Saudi Arabia's positions."
The ambassador briefed the prince on the latest developments in the Palestinian issue and the violations facing the city of Jerusalem in an attempt to impose spatial and temporal changes on the Al-Aqsa Mosque, as well as the ongoing crimes of settlers in the cities of the West Bank, and the continuation of the genocide in Gaza despite the announcement of a ceasefire.
The prince expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the visit of Ambassador Hadi, the representative of the State of Palestine to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, noting "the continuous support of the Kingdom for the aspirations and rights of the Palestinian people to independence and freedom. The meeting was attended by Senior Adviser Nasim Al-Zaanin, Deputy Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation."
