Hebrew Channel: Israel has killed 2,561 Palestinians who participated in the October 7 attack

Translation by SadaNews - A report broadcast by the twelfth Hebrew channel on Friday evening revealed that the Israeli army has killed 2,561 Palestinians who participated in the October 7, 2023 attack.

According to the channel, as translated by SadaNews, the special unit named "Nili," which is part of the Israeli army and the Shin Bet, specifically formed to eliminate all participants in the attack, has succeeded so far in killing this number of participants.

It was indicated that out of the total number of 2,561, 1,000 were killed during clashes that took place over two days in the Gaza envelope, on October 7 and 8.

The channel revealed that the last person killed by this unit was Yahya Hamdan from Hamas's elite in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip, who was the leader of a cell that attacked Kibbutz Nir Am, and was targeted by a drone on Thursday.

According to estimates by Shin Bet, there are hundreds of other Hamas members and from other factions who participated in the attack and have not yet been eliminated, and the search for them is ongoing.

It was noted that despite negotiations behind the scenes regarding the administration of the Gaza Strip, the decision in Israel is to significantly reinforce Israeli army forces within the strip in order to damage and undermine Hamas and continue pursuing those involved in the attack, as well as anyone participating in attempts to rehabilitate the movement.
