Expectations of Fuel Price Decline in Israel
SadaNews Economic Translation - The Hebrew economic newspaper, The Marker, predicted that fuel prices in Israel would improve during the upcoming week.
The paper suggested that a price reduction would be announced starting from midnight next Sunday.
It indicated that fuel prices would decrease from 8 shekels per liter to between 7.90 and 7.80 shekels per liter. This was also translated by the SadaNews Economy section.
The main reason for the sharp decline in prices is the significant drop in the dollar exchange rate over the past few weeks, which has affected oil prices.
It noted that the new price will be definitively determined based on changes in oil and dollar prices at the end of this week.
