Palestinian Islamic Bank Renews Its Annual Support for Several Institutions in Jerusalem
SadaNews - The Palestinian Islamic Bank has renewed its annual support for several institutions in Jerusalem as part of its sustainable community responsibility program.
The support provided by the bank included Al-Aqsa Islamic Schools, Al-Arabi Child House, the Refugee Girl House Association, and the Children's Welfare Association for Disabled Children.
Zayed Shuqair, the Assistant General Manager of Palestinian Islamic Bank for Branches, visited the Children's Welfare Association for Disabled Children in Al-Eizariya town alongside a delegation from the bank, where he reviewed the conditions of the association and the services it provides, and discussed with its management ways to enhance mutual cooperation in the future.
The bank's delegation also met with the administrations of Al-Aqsa Islamic Schools, Al-Arabi Child House, and the Refugee Girl House Association, where they were informed of the difficult challenges they face and discussed ways to enhance their support to ensure the continuation of their services.
The General Manager of the bank, Dr. Imad Al-Saadi, stated that the bank is committed to supporting Jerusalem institutions as part of its sustainable community responsibility program, particularly in the vital sectors of education, health, and community development.
Al-Saadi emphasized the importance of the services provided by these beneficiary institutions in offering educational, health, and community services, highlighting their significant role in providing suitable educational and social services.
For their part, representatives of the beneficiary institutions thanked the Palestinian Islamic Bank for its commitment to support Jerusalem institutions, affirming that this support reflects the bank's active role in the area of community responsibility.
The Palestinian Islamic Bank allocates part of its annual profits to its sustainable community responsibility program, with the largest portion dedicated to the sectors of health and education due to their importance in achieving sustainable development.
