The Palestinian and Jordanian Insurance Associations Organize a Training Course on Digital Transformation

SadaNews - The Palestinian Insurance Association, in collaboration with the Jordanian Insurance Association, organized a specialized training course titled "Digital Transformation and Applications of Artificial Intelligence in the Insurance Sector," which lasted for two days, comprising (14) hours of intensive training at the headquarters of the Jordanian Association in Amman, with the participation of a group of representatives from insurance companies in Palestine.

The program aimed to empower workers in the Palestinian insurance sector to keep pace with the rapid technological advancements in the fields of digital transformation and artificial intelligence, enhance their capabilities to apply smart solutions in risk management, data analysis, and the development of insurance products and services, and prepare them to adopt new business models based on smart technology that align with modern global digital trends in the insurance industry.

Dr. Mu’taz Al-Dabbai, CEO of Technical Analysis Company and Artificial Intelligence Consultant, delivered lectures in the program. He also serves as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business at the University of Jordan and is a speaker at various conferences and specialized training programs in digital transformation and artificial intelligence, as well as an expert in data analysis using artificial intelligence tools.

It is worth noting that both associations aim to deepen professional cooperation between the insurance sectors in Jordan and Palestine through the partnership agreement they share, leveraging the Jordanian association's experience and leadership in implementing regionally specialized insurance training programs and the Palestinian association's vision to enhance the insurance sector and build the capacities of its technical workforce.
