Palestinian Monetary Authority and Khadouri University Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Enhance Scientific Research, Training, and Financial Culture

SadaNews - The Palestinian Monetary Authority and the Palestine Technical University - Khadouri signed a memorandum of understanding today, Tuesday, aimed at enhancing joint cooperation in the fields of scientific research, training, and financial education, which contributes to developing students' capabilities and expanding their practical knowledge, and supports achieving the goals of the national financial inclusion strategy.

The memorandum was signed by His Excellency the Governor of the Monetary Authority, Mr. Yahya Al-Shna'ar, and His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Hussein Shannak, along with several representatives from both sides.

The memorandum includes cooperation in the fields of academic research and joint studies, providing training opportunities for students and graduates, organizing conferences, workshops, seminars, and banking events within the university, in addition to enhancing creativity and innovation and directing students' projects towards practical solutions to labor market issues.

His Excellency the Governor of the Monetary Authority, Mr. Yahya Al-Shna'ar, confirmed that signing the memorandum of understanding with Palestine Technical University - Khadouri aligns with the Monetary Authority's efforts to enhance banking and financial culture for various community segments, especially students, as it plays a vital role in promoting financial inclusion and supporting sustainable economic development in Palestine.
For his part, His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Hussein Shannak, affirmed that this memorandum represents an important step in enhancing the partnership between the university and national institutions by providing training and scientific research opportunities for students, which contributes to developing their knowledge and practical skills, and enhances the university's role in supplying the labor market with competencies capable of contributing to building the national economy.
