Palestine Comments on Kuwait-Iraq Crisis and Calls for Resolution

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement issued today, Tuesday: "We reaffirm Palestine's steadfast position supporting Kuwait's sovereignty over all its territories in accordance with international law," stressing the importance of resolving the dispute between the two brotherly countries through direct dialogue, based on the rules of international law and respect for the sovereignty of states and the principles of good neighborliness, which would enhance the fraternal relations between Arab countries, preserve the interests of their peoples, and contribute to the establishment of security and stability in the region.
