Martyrs and Injured in Ongoing Israeli Strikes on Lebanon, Hezbollah Continues Its Responses
SadaNews - Many Lebanese were martyred and injured on Friday due to the continued Israeli airstrikes on the south of the country.
According to the Lebanese news agency, one Lebanese was martyred and another was injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting the vicinity of the gendarmerie station in the town of al-Duwayr, southern Lebanon.
There were also reports of injuries resulting from Israeli shelling that targeted the surroundings of Qelaouiyeh and Deir Kifa in southern Lebanon at dawn.
More than 3,500 Lebanese have been martyred since March 2 of the past year.
Several villages and towns have also been subjected to aerial and artillery bombardment after the Israeli army had requested their complete evacuation.
For its part, the Lebanese Hezbollah announced the execution of a series of attacks by its members against the Israeli forces infiltrating southern Lebanon, using anti-tank missiles, drones, and others.
The Israeli army announced on Thursday evening that an officer was killed and others were injured in an anti-tank missile attack in southern Lebanon.
