This development adds to the previously known warrants issued in November 2024 against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, according to the source. It comes amid earlier reports that prosecutors were considering prosecuting Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich and National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir. Previous reports revealed that the International Criminal Court conducted investigations into Israeli officials concerning cases related to settlement activities and the Gaza war.
