Young man from Kabul killed in motorcycle accident near Yokneam
SadaNews - A young man named Mohamed Bilal Taha (19 years old) from the town of Kabul died early this Monday, following a self-accident after his motorcycle skidded on Highway 77 near the city of Yokneam.
Medical crews reported that the emergency center in the Carmel area received a notification about the accident, where medical teams arrived at the scene to find the young man unconscious and without signs of life, suffering from severe injuries. He was pronounced dead at the site after the necessary examinations were conducted.
One of the paramedics stated that the team received a report about a motorcycle driver in his twenties after his bike skidded, and upon arrival, it became apparent that he was in very critical condition, and there was no possibility of saving him.
The occupying police claimed that they have opened a file to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
In a related context, the rescue union ambulance crews dealt with another self-accident on Highway 1 near Jerusalem, where they provided first aid to a man and a woman (aged 25-35) whose condition was described as moderate, in addition to several others with minor injuries.
One of the injured was transported to Hadassah Har HaTsofim Hospital for further treatment.
