Election Committee: About 11,000 male and female employees will work within its teams on polling day
SadaNews – The Central Elections Commission announced the continuation of training for the teams that will work within its teams on polling day, which number 10,233 male and female employees in the West Bank, in addition to 675 in Deir al-Balah.
The commission clarified that most of the working teams include employees from the Ministry of Education, who will manage the polling process, facilitate citizen participation, and implement procedures according to the approved standards, ensuring integrity and transparency. This will take place next Saturday, the date for holding local elections in 183 local authorities.
The commission indicated that it continues to train the teams until the end of this week, noting that these teams will manage 1,922 polling stations, including 100 stations in Deir al-Balah.
The commission stated that it had previously trained 231 supervisors, including teams from Deir al-Balah, who are currently training the staff to ensure their readiness at the highest levels of professionalism and efficiency to manage polling day and deal with voters inside the centers and stations.
