The Israeli Home Front Command is set to recommend a return to education under restrictions
SadaNews - The Home Front Command intends to recommend to the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, and the Minister of Security, Israel Katz, to double the number of gatherings from 50 to 100 people.
It will also recommend a return to education throughout Israel under varying restrictions.
The return to education will occur within safe spaces in areas classified as orange by the Home Front Command, which includes cities: Tel Aviv, Givatayim, Bnei Brak, Ramat Gan, Holon, Bat Yam, Rishon Lezion, Petah Tikva, Dimona, Beer Sheva, Arad, and Kfar Qassem.
The return to education in northern Israel, Jerusalem, and areas classified as yellow across the country will be in places adjacent to safe locations.
This decision is subject to security developments in the coming days and will be implemented starting next week.
Today, Israeli Minister of Education, Yoav Kish, announced that education will be conducted remotely on the upcoming Thursday and Friday, following the conclusion of the Passover holiday.
