Iran Announces Assassination of Head of Revolutionary Guard Intelligence
SadaNews - On Monday, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced the killing of Majid Khademi, the head of the Revolutionary Guard's intelligence, by American-Israeli strikes today.
The Revolutionary Guard stated in a statement that Khademi was killed as a result of an American-Israeli attack on Iran.
A post on the Revolutionary Guard's Telegram channel mentioned that "Brigadier General Majid Khademi, the effective and educated president of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Intelligence Organization, was martyred in the criminal terrorist attack by the American-Zionist enemy."
It is noteworthy that Khademi had been appointed as the head of intelligence for the Revolutionary Guard, succeeding Brigadier General Mohammad Kazemi, who was assassinated by Israel in June 2025 during the twelve-day war.
