Putin and Erdogan Call for Immediate Ceasefire in the Middle East
SadaNews - Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan called for an immediate ceasefire in the Middle East during a phone call on Friday, more than a month after the start of the American-Israeli war against Iran.
The Kremlin stated in a statement that the two presidents "noted their identical positions on the necessity of achieving an immediate ceasefire and developing mutually acceptable peace agreements that consider the legitimate interests of all countries in the region."
Additionally, according to the "French Press Agency," they pointed out that "intensive military operations lead to serious negative consequences, not only at the regional level but also globally, including in the fields of energy, trade, and logistics."
