Kafr Qassem: 5 Injured by Shrapnel from Missiles and Ongoing Field Search Operations (Video)
SadaNews - Five people were injured this morning, Thursday, due to an explosion wave caused by falling missile shrapnel in Kafr Qassem in the occupied interior, following the launch of missiles from Iran towards Israel, according to emergency teams.
The spokesperson for "Magen David Adom" stated that the medical teams provided first aid to the injured at the scene before working to transfer them to "Beilinson" Hospital for further treatment, where all of their conditions were described as minor due to the effects of the explosion wave.
According to preliminary data, the injuries resulted from the force of the explosion or during attempts to take cover, amid a state of tension witnessed in the region. Search operations continued at the site by rescue teams and relevant authorities to ensure there were no additional injuries or other risks in the vicinity.
This incident comes in the context of a security escalation observed in various areas, as injuries and material damage were recorded in recent days at several sites due to falling missile shrapnel, including Kafr Qassem, which has seen similar incidents recently.
Authorities are expected to issue additional updates later, should there be any developments regarding the field or health status of the injured.
