Israeli Army Bombs Northern Tehran and More Than 10 Waves of Iranian Missiles Launched
SadaNews - The Israeli occupation army announced the launch of new strikes targeting the capital Tehran and its eastern regions, while Iran has fired more than 10 waves of missiles at the country since Friday morning, including on areas of Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and the Negev.
Israeli fire and rescue crews stated that "firefighters from the Haifa station are working to extinguish a fire that broke out due to munitions landing at a container terminal on the shore in Haifa since last night," adding that the fire "broke out in the middle of the container dock, consuming at least 15 containers," and noting that "full extinguishment of the fire is expected within the evening hours."
The Israeli army announced the assassination of the head of intelligence for the Basij forces in Tehran, adding in a statement that "the air force, guided precisely by the intelligence branch, launched an attack on the high command of the Basij unit in the heart of Tehran at the beginning of this week, resulting in the elimination of the unit's leader, Gholam Reza Soleimani, along with several senior leaders."
It mentioned that "Ismail Ahmadi, who held the position of head of the intelligence department in the Basij unit, was assassinated in this attack."
