Two Israeli Fatalities in Ramat Gan Following Iranian Attack
SadaNews - The Greater Tel Aviv area witnessed the fall of an incendiary missile launched from Iran last night, resulting in the deaths of two individuals and extensive damage to several sites, according to Israeli media reports.
Videos captured and relayed by Israeli Channel 12 and local platforms documented the moment the Iranian missile fell, where it split into numerous bombs, then exploded in a massive flash.
Israeli emergency services announced the deaths of a man and a woman in their seventies, along with injuries to others in the city of Ramat Gan, south of Tel Aviv, due to two missile attacks from Iran.
Channel 12 reported that the victims - who are believed to be a couple - were found inside the stairwell after firefighting crews entered the damaged building, noting that the apartment did not include a fortified room.
Israeli media also reported the occurrence of fires and significant damage at a train station in the Greater Tel Aviv area as a result of falling shrapnel and explosive heads.
The Israeli Broadcasting Authority confirmed the extensive damage at a train station in central Tel Aviv, while Israel Railways reported damage to some platforms at the "Tel Aviv Savidor – Center" station after a shrapnel fell, prompting a temporary halt to train operations.
Train services were suspended in the Greater Tel Aviv area following the missile attacks, while Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported that four individuals sustained varying degrees of injuries in the region.
The Israeli military announced that rescue forces are continuing to comb through the sites that were damaged due to the Iranian missiles, while emergency crews continue to search for individuals trapped inside damaged buildings in Ramat Gan.
