Channel 12 in Israel stated that "Ali Larijani was among the targets the Israeli army struck last night in Iran".
It added, "The results of the attack on Larijani are still under investigation, and he is the second-highest figure in the Iranian regime after Mojtaba Khamenei in recent days".
Other sources also reported that the army is verifying whether Larijani was killed, and no comments have been issued from Iran.
