Occupation continues to close the doors of Al-Aqsa Mosque for the fourth day
SadaNews - The Israeli occupation forces continued to close the Al-Aqsa Mosque for the fourth consecutive day.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported that the occupation prevented worshippers from being present at the mosque, under the pretext of declaring a state of emergency amidst a heavy deployment of its forces around it and at the gates of the Old City, preventing citizens from entering its courtyards.
The occupation forces had closed the Al-Aqsa Mosque on Saturday morning and forced worshippers to leave, while also preventing the performance of the Isha and Taraweeh prayers there.
The closure of Al-Aqsa Mosque comes alongside the announcement by the occupation army of imposing a lockdown on the West Bank, following hours after a wide-scale attack launched by Israel and the United States against Iran.
