Qatar's Emir and Trump Discuss Regional De-escalation in Phone Call
SadaNews - The Amiri Diwan announced in a statement that a phone call took place between the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and the U.S. President Donald Trump, during which they exchanged views on the latest developments on the regional and international fronts, particularly the current situation in the region.
The statement added that the Emir of the State of Qatar and the U.S. President also discussed international efforts aimed at reducing tensions and enhancing regional security and peace.
It was also emphasized the importance of supporting diplomatic efforts to address crises through dialogue and peaceful means, and continuing coordination and consultation on issues of mutual interest.
