Partial Opening of the Entrances to Dahriah and Idna After Two Years of Closure
SadaNews - The General Authority for Civil Affairs announced today, Tuesday, the reopening of the main entrances to the cities of Dahriah and Idna in the Hebron governorate starting next Sunday, after being closed for more than two years, following continuous and diligent efforts made by the Authority with the relevant parties.
The Authority clarified that the opening of the two entrances will be initially for two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening, in a step aimed at alleviating the suffering of citizens and facilitating their movement. It affirmed that it will continue to work and follow up in order to permanently open these and all other closed entrances.
The Authority emphasized that these efforts come as part of its national and humanitarian responsibilities, and its constant keenness to serve our people and alleviate the restrictions imposed on their daily lives, especially regarding freedom of movement and access to workplaces, educational institutions, and services.
