The Occupation Arrests a Female Journalist and a Male Journalist at a Military Checkpoint North of Ramallah
SadaNews - The Israeli occupation forces arrested journalist Bushra Al-Tawil (32 years old) and journalist Hatim Hamdan (26 years old) while they were passing through the Ain Siniya military checkpoint established on citizens' land north of Ramallah.
According to sources from Al-Tawil's family, today (Friday), the occupation army had summoned her daughter Bushra for interrogation at the Salem camp established on citizens' land in Jenin. However, shortly before her arrival, she was informed that the interview had been canceled, and the soldiers arrested her upon her return to Ramallah at the Ain Siniya military checkpoint and transferred her to the "Moskobiya" detention center.
It is noteworthy that journalist Al-Tawil is from Al-Bireh city, she is a former detainee who spent years in Israeli occupation prisons, and she was recently released as part of a prisoner exchange agreement following a ceasefire agreement.
The occupation forces also arrested journalist Hatim Hamdan from Tulkarem during his passage through the aforementioned checkpoint and transferred him to one of the occupation police centers "Benjamin".
Press sources stated that the occupation army stopped Hamdan's vehicle, who works with Al Jazeera Mubasher, searched it, and then arrested him and seized the vehicle.
