Washington: Rafah Crossing May Open Soon and Peace Plan Excludes Settlements in Gaza

In the context of discussing the American peace plan, the ambassador emphasized that the establishment of settlements in northern Gaza is not part of this plan, explaining that the primary goal is to achieve stability and rebuild the region through broad international cooperation. He clarified that countries joining the Council for Peace will play a pivotal role in reconstruction efforts, ensuring improvement in the living conditions of the Palestinians.
Regarding the Iranian file, the ambassador revealed that the delay in directing a military strike on Iran is due to the American administration's desire to study the internal situation there in depth before making any decision. He affirmed that all options are still on the table, pointing out that President Donald Trump is committed to fulfilling his promises on this sensitive issue.
