Japanese Prime Minister Receives Invitation to Join Gaza Peace Council

SadaNews - The Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Prime Minister Sanai Takayichi has received an invitation to join the peace council formed by Trump for Gaza.

US President Donald Trump continues to invite several countries to join the "Peace Council" for the Gaza Strip.

Recently, Trump began forming the "Peace Council" for the Gaza Strip, and several world leaders have announced receiving official invitations to join it.

The White House clarified that, according to the US plan to end the war in Gaza, a Peace Council will be established, chaired by Trump.

Alongside this council, two other bodies have been created: a Palestinian technocrat committee to temporarily manage the Gaza Strip, and an "Executive Council" that seems to play an advisory role.

The White House affirmed that the Peace Council, chaired by Donald Trump, will address issues such as "enhancing administrative capabilities, regional relations, reconstruction, attracting investments, broad financing, and capital movement" to rebuild Gaza, which has been devastated by a two-year war.

The "Peace Council" will oversee the work of the Palestinian technocrat committee tasked with temporarily managing the sector, which aims to "supervise the restoration of essential public services, rebuild civil institutions, and stabilize daily life in Gaza."
